Book Review: All The Glory

All the GloryAll the Glory by Elle Casey
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the best book I’ve read in a long time.

Jason Bradley is the star football player for his high school team. One night, before a game, he’s arrested after being found standing over the coach’s dead body.

Katy has lived down the street from Jason since they were little kids but they didn’t travel in the same social circles at school. When she watched how Jason’s former friends treated him after he’d been jailed, she decided that she was going to be his friend. No matter what it took, he had stood up for her and her friend, Bobby, when they were being bullied as kids and she felt she owed him that.

I love how the relationship between Katy and Jason develops through the book. They get close and they talk about a lot of things but he does not tell her everything that happened that night at the stadium. Still, Katy feels that there is something more, something important that isn’t being talked about and she sets her course to find out what it is.

This is such a good book. The characters are wonderful, the storyline is intriguing, and I couldn’t put it down once I started. I highly recommend this book. It will make your heart happy.
